BID RANKING

Terms & independent intelligence.

Decision support, not a guarantee

Bid Ranking is a Homeowner Alliance information and opportunity-review platform. It is not a government agency, purchasing cooperative, award authority or a guarantee of work. Fit scores are transparent heuristics based on declared capabilities and reviewed information, not win probabilities.

Original notices govern

Agency documents govern deadlines, requirements, eligibility and submission instructions. Verify the latest documents and addenda directly. Coverage is limited and source information can change.

Access and advertising

Requests do not create paid accounts, guaranteed placements or a promise of access. Company services and sponsorships require separate terms. Advertising does not buy a better fit score or recommendation.
